Great warranty company. I am usually hesitant when it comes to drifting away from the standard manufactures after market warranty. However, this was not the case. I gave them a shot and low and behold 3 years later i am here writing to tell you guys about my experience. First off my TV had just stopped working, the picture was losing its quality for some reason. I called them and within 48 hours someone was at my house. They came took the TV repaired it for us in only 2 days. When i turned it on it was if the Tv was brand new again (or at least it appeared that way). The picture was noticeably brighter and the correct high def resolution was there. The two me who came were not handy men they were trained professionals who worked on my TV. no gimmicks, no games, straight to the point in a consistent manner.

I bought this warranty under the supervision of my wife. She did all the homework necessary to find out which was the best warranty company, and what would give us the best bang for our buck. She made the right choice choosing Repairtech. Very pleasurable experience regardless that my TV was not working. They came the next day and had the TV repaired for us the day after. People purchase warranty's to ensure the longevity of their product. The only difference when it comes to longevity is choosing the correct and proper warranty company. She chose the right one. 5 Stars!

I never wrote a review for a warranty before, but at the request of my husband who was very pleased with their service we just couldn't let their actions go unheard of. A pair of servicemen were dispatched to my house the next day after we had called. They were able to assess the problem and systematically fix it. Very professional and a great warranty overall.

Finally a warranty company one can rely on. My Sony TV was not turning on, i called up Repairtech and they sent someone to my home within 48 hours. It was very very easy to deal with and the gentlemen who came was quite professional. Wonderful service, from a wonderful company.
