This is just to give my initial impressions of this product. I received this battery in lieu of the Nikon NE EL3E battery I had wanted to order (as they were out of stock on the Nikon brand . The packaging on the one I received was actually marked 2100mah rather than 1900mah. The packaging weight of 2.7oz is roughly correct. I have some doubts about it outperforming the stock EN EL3E battery though, because my Nikon EN EL3E weighs in at 3 oz, distinctly more than this battery. Unless this battery uses a higher energy storage cell (for the weight , I don't expect it's going to outperform the stock battery. That being said, NWV had the cheapest price on the Nikon EN EL3E batteries.
