I use this unit on and off camera indoors and outdoors. The adjustable power settings let me throw as much or as little light as I need. It does exactly what it's supposed to do withouth being over complicated. With 4c rechargeable NiMH AA's I'm always good to go.

Nice flash for my kodak Z1012 camera. Recycling time of 10 seconds is a bit slow but the kodak doesnt compare with respect to strength or endurance.
